Sales Manager - Integrator Sales Channel

We’re Challengers in a highly competitive market - taking on established household brands and winning.  We’ve just gained distribution in the UK’s biggest Electrical Wholesaler and are constantly building our Direct client list, working with some of the UK’s biggest National Integrators.
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who can make a real difference to the company and become a vital member of a small, highly focused and motivated sales team.  The successful candidate will lead the Integrator Sales Channel, driving sales from the existing customer base and generating new business from our warm prospect database.
Reporting directly to the UK Business Development Director you will be responsible for delivering to aggressive sales targets.  You will be in charge of the complete sales process, from the generation of the business through to the processing of the sale.  As well as being a good communicator and a “People Person” you will need to have an eye for detail, have a safe pair of hands and be a highly motivated, self-starter.
Specifically you will be responsible for;

 

·         Providing input in the development of the Security Integrator Sales & Marketing Strategy
·         Create and develop new and recurring business by managing the Security Integrator channel effectively and efficiently
·         Working closely with the Wholesale Channel Manager to maximise overall sales
·         Produce sales & marketing communications as and when required
·         Build and maintain working database of prospects together with the contact strategy for the creation of targeted mailshots and other direct communications

          including outbound and email campaigns
·         Receive inbound sales enquiry calls & follow up new prospects with the objective of securing leads for the Integrator Sales Manager
·         Produce client quotations as and when required and the timely processing of orders
·         Provide product training to new and existing customer base
·         Develop and implement ad-hoc projects including seminars, networking events, exhibitions, and demonstrations
·         Sales administration including the processing of sales orders and returns for the Integrator sales channel

Experience/ Characteristics required:

·         The candidate must bring enthusiasm and passion to the role, continuing to build on the success IC Realtime has seen in only just 12 months of being in the UK.

·         Experience within the industry is preferable but not essential

·         Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
·         Telephone based sales experience

Sales Support Executive

Guildford Based

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual who can make a real difference to the company and become a vital member of a small, highly focused and motivated sales team based in our Guildford office. The role is to support the Sales Manager in their day to day sales function, proactively generating meetings through calling a database of warm prospects, assist in first time resolution of customer enquiries and help manage the sales administrative duties of the sales office.
